LoftWorks debut residential for-sale community brought 28 urban row homes to Midtown’s Sutter District. With their brick facades and clean lines, they were the perfect blend of a traditional brownstone and a modern residence. Built in 2008, the 2-3 bedrooms, 2-3 bath homes with interiors designed by Curtis Popp were a very welcome addition to the Midtown neighborhood.
